La determinaci\u00f3n fue adoptada tras escuchar los argumentos expuestos por una fiscal adscrita al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes (SRPA) de la Seccional Risaralda, quien narr\u00f3 c\u00f3mo el pasado 24 de febrero el menor, al parecer, agredi\u00f3 a un compa\u00f1ero suyo, de 13 a\u00f1os, en un sal\u00f3n de clase de la instituci\u00f3n educativa ubicada en el barrio Antonio Ca\u00f1arte. Seg\u00fan se logr\u00f3 determinar la agresi\u00f3n se cometi\u00f3 con un arma cortopunzante en presencia de compa\u00f1eros y maestra. La Fiscal\u00eda imputado al procesado el delito de homicidio con circunstancias de agravaci\u00f3n, cargo que no acept\u00f3.
