El procesado, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de al menos una persona, habr\u00eda interceptado un veh\u00edculo en el que se movilizaban dos hombres. Los presuntos sicarios dispararon en repetidas oportunidades contra el automotor causando la muerte de los dos ocupantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez cometido el crimen los se\u00f1alados agresores huyeron del lugar. Guti\u00e9rrez Zambrano fue capturado por la Polic\u00eda Nacional. La Fiscal\u00eda le imput\u00f3 el delito de homicidio agravado con circunstancias de mayor punibilidad en concurso homog\u00e9neo y; fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico o porte ilegal de armas de fuego o municiones agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ente investigador logr\u00f3 que un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas privara de la libertad al procesado, quien fue remitido a un centro carcelario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas acciones se dan en desarrollo del compromiso adquirido por la Fiscal General de la Naci\u00f3n (e), <strong>Martha Janeth Mancera<\/strong>, de esclarecer los delitos que afectan la seguridad\u00a0ciudadana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los hechos investigados ocurrieron el pasado 15 de febrero en el barrio Laureles de Cuba de Pereira (Risaralda).
