El material probatorio da cuenta que el hoy imputado habr\u00eda perseguido y atacado con un arma cortopunzante a la v\u00edctima, una mujer de 37 a\u00f1os, quien muri\u00f3 de manera inmediata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su\u00e1rez Hern\u00e1ndez fue capturado en flagrancia por servidores del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI) y de la Sij\u00edn de la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda le imput\u00f3 el delito de feminicidio agravado por lo que un juez de control de garant\u00eda decidi\u00f3 que el hombre debe cumplir la medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n logr\u00f3 que un juez de control de garant\u00edas privara de la libertad a Hernando de Jes\u00fas Su\u00e1rez Hern\u00e1ndez, de 44 a\u00f1os de edad, por el feminicidio de su ex compa\u00f1era sentimental, en hechos ocurridos el pasado 22 de enero, en el municipio de La Uni\u00f3n (Valle del Cauca).
