{"id":364,"date":"2024-01-16T03:53:26","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T02:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pilasciudadano.com\/?p=364"},"modified":"2024-01-16T20:53:25","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T19:53:25","slug":"el-club-de-comercio-tendrian-que-devolver-el-predio-que-le-pertenece-al-municipio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pilasciudadano.com\/index.php\/2024\/01\/16\/el-club-de-comercio-tendrian-que-devolver-el-predio-que-le-pertenece-al-municipio\/","title":{"rendered":"EL CLUB DE COMERCIO TENDR\u00cdAN QUE DEVOLVER EL PREDIO QUE LE PERTENECE AL MUNICIPIO."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cumplido el tiempo en el que el Club del Comercio no present\u00f3 ning\u00fan recurso y tampoco de manera voluntaria decidi\u00f3 devolver el predio, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno, Control F\u00edsico y la Inspecci\u00f3n 21, tomaron posesi\u00f3n del mismo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El municipio de Pereira a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno, la Direcci\u00f3n Operativa de Control F\u00edsico e Infraestructura, procedieron de acuerdo con fallo favorable en segunda instancia para el Municipio de Pereira, a demoler y restituir de la calle 7 y la carrera 16 que estaba siendo ocupada por parte del Club del Comercio, durante varios a\u00f1os y que funcionaba como un parqueadero.<br>\u201cEl dia 15 de enero se procedi\u00f3 por parte de la Inspeccion 21 de Polic\u00eda a materializar la orden de demolici\u00f3n y restituci\u00f3n, luego de que el Club del Comercio no presentara ninguna acci\u00f3n y tampoco por iniciativa propia decidiera devolver el predio; por lo tanto se tom\u00f3 posesi\u00f3n de \u00e9l, para lo cual se levant\u00f3 un acta por parte de dicha inspecci\u00f3n para la restituci\u00f3n del predio\u201d, explic\u00f3 el secretario de Gobierno Jorge Mario Trejos Arias.<br>El fallo de primera instancia fue emitido el dia 18 de mayo de 2022, el cual fue objeto de apelaci\u00f3n y fue resuelto por la Alcald\u00eda de Dosquebradas el dia 29 de diciembre de 2023. Es importante aclarar que la Alcald\u00eda de Dosquebradas conoci\u00f3 del recurso en raz\u00f3n al impedimento presentado por el Alcalde de Pereira en el a\u00f1o 2022; el cual fue aceptado por la Personer\u00eda Municipal de Pereira y remitido a Dosquebradas.<br>Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez Murillo, inspector 21 dijo que, \u201cuna vez analizadas todas la pruebas presentadas por el Municipio y las pruebas presentadas por el Club del Comercio, se determin\u00f3 que efectivamente se estaba ocupando una v\u00eda p\u00fablica y la Inspecci\u00f3n dict\u00f3 el fallo en primera instancia en mayo del 2022; el Club del Comercio interpuso una acci\u00f3n, entendiendo que se trataba de una intervenci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica; pero frente al fallo en segunda instancia, no presentaron ning\u00fan recurso\u201d. El Inspector tambi\u00e9n manifest\u00f3 que se ha notificado a la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura para que los funcionarios adelanten las diferentes acciones para limpiar el predio y tambi\u00e9n se le notific\u00f3 al Instituto de Movilidad para que decida cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 el sentido de la v\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cumplido el tiempo en el que el Club del Comercio no present\u00f3 ning\u00fan recurso y tampoco de manera voluntaria decidi\u00f3 devolver el predio, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno, Control F\u00edsico y la Inspecci\u00f3n 21, tomaron posesi\u00f3n del mismo.
