La contundencia del material probatorio aportado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, permiti\u00f3  que un juez de control de garant\u00edas de Pereira impusiera medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario a un hombre, presuntamente responsable del feminicidio de su compa\u00f1era sentimental.<br>Los hechos investigados ocurrieron en la madruga del pasado 1 de enero en la casa donde la pareja conviv\u00eda, en el barrio El Plum\u00f3n de Pereira (Risaralda). Informaci\u00f3n en poder de la Fiscal\u00eda evidencia que un familiar de la mujer habr\u00eda escuchado una discusi\u00f3n durante la cual, el ahora investigado, presuntamente amenaz\u00f3 de muerte a su<br>pareja.  Al parecer, el procesado asfixi\u00f3 a su compa\u00f1era sentimental hasta asesinarla, y posteriormente la sepult\u00f3 en la sala de su vivienda. Este hecho hizo que ninguno de los parientes o amigos de la v\u00edctima supieran de su paradero.<br>El pasado 3 de enero uno de los familiares de la mujer ingres\u00f3 a la casa donde observ\u00f3 el suelo de la sala removido, al igual que una pala. En compa\u00f1\u00eda de otras personas decidieron excavar encontrando el cuerpo. Servidores del CTI realizaron la inspecci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica a cad\u00e1ver. Por su parte, uniformados de la Polic\u00eda Nacional capturaron al procesado en el municipio de La Virginia (Risaralda).
