{"id":2813,"date":"2025-04-26T05:04:45","date_gmt":"2025-04-26T03:04:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pilasciudadano.com\/?p=2813"},"modified":"2025-04-26T05:04:45","modified_gmt":"2025-04-26T03:04:45","slug":"judicializado-extranjero-que-habria-atropellado-a-una-agente-de-transito-en-pereira","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pilasciudadano.com\/index.php\/2025\/04\/26\/judicializado-extranjero-que-habria-atropellado-a-una-agente-de-transito-en-pereira\/","title":{"rendered":"JUDICIALIZADO EXTRANJERO QUE HABR\u00cdA ATROPELLADO A UNA AGENTE DE TR\u00c1NSITO EN PEREIRA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Carlos Eduardo salazar Garc\u00eda fue privado de la libertad en centro carcelario<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n judicializ\u00f3 a <strong>Carlos Eduardo Salazar<\/strong> Garc\u00eda por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de violencia contra servidor p\u00fablico por los hechos ocurridos el pasado 22 de abril cuando, al parecer, arroll\u00f3 a una agente de tr\u00e1nsito que le solicit\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo que manejaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n adelantada por una fiscal de la Seccional, puso en evidencia que Salazar Garc\u00eda transitaba por el barrio San Fernando, intersecci\u00f3n con Cuba, en Pereira (Risaralda), en ese momento la agente de tr\u00e1nsito le hizo una se\u00f1al de pare para solicitarle el SOAT; sin embargo, no lo ten\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras la uniformada adelantaba sus labores, el ahora investigado habr\u00eda puesto en marcha en veh\u00edculo atropellando a la funcionaria quien qued\u00f3 sobre el cap\u00f3 del carro, agarrada de las plumillas durante varios metros, hasta que logr\u00f3 lanzarse al asfalto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La acci\u00f3n del presunto responsable le caus\u00f3 varias contusiones en diferentes partes de su cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El hoy procesado fue capturado en v\u00eda p\u00fablica del barrio Las Mercedes por uniformados de la Polic\u00eda Nacional mientras, al parecer, hu\u00eda del sitio en el que ocurrieron los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por solicitud de la Fiscal\u00eda, un juez de control de garant\u00edas impuso medida privativa de la libertad en centro carcelario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n judicializ\u00f3 a Carlos Eduardo Salazar Garc\u00eda por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de violencia contra servidor p\u00fablico por los hechos ocurridos el pasado 22 de abril cuando, al parecer, arroll\u00f3 a una agente de tr\u00e1nsito que le solicit\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo que manejaba.
