Durante la audiencia, el procesado no acept\u00f3 los cargos en su contra, lo que ha generado una mayor atenci\u00f3n sobre el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por las autoridades, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 5 de abril. El hombre, aprovechando la confianza que hab\u00eda construido con la familia, lleg\u00f3 a la casa donde reside la v\u00edctima. En un acto que demuestra una grave manipulaci\u00f3n y abuso de poder, envi\u00f3 a la ni\u00f1a a la calle para que comprara algunos art\u00edculos. Este momento fue utilizado por el presunto agresor para llevar a cabo su ataque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la menor regres\u00f3 a su hogar, el individuo supuestamente la oblig\u00f3 a ingresar a una habitaci\u00f3n. En un acto aterrador, la amenaz\u00f3 con un arma cortopunzante para someterla a todo tipo de vej\u00e1menes y agresiones sexuales. La violencia y el miedo que experiment\u00f3 la ni\u00f1a son indescriptibles y han dejado una huella profunda en su vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La captura del sospechoso se llev\u00f3 a cabo en flagrancia por parte de funcionarios de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, quienes respondieron r\u00e1pidamente ante un llamado y lograron detenerlo en el lugar. Esto pone de manifiesto la importancia del trabajo conjunto entre la comunidad y las autoridades para combatir este tipo de delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda ha enfatizado su compromiso con la protecci\u00f3n de los menores y ha instado a las v\u00edctimas o testigos de situaciones similares a denunciar cualquier abuso. Este caso resalta no solo la vulnerabilidad en que se encuentran muchas ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os, sino tambi\u00e9n la necesidad urgente de crear entornos m\u00e1s seguros y proteger sus derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso judicial avanza ahora con el objetivo de garantizar justicia para la menor afectada y hacer que el acusado enfrente las consecuencias legales correspondientes por sus acciones.
