Una fiscal de la Seccional Risaralda imput\u00f3 al hombre, de 40 a\u00f1os, por su presunta responsabilidad en los delitos de acceso carnal violento y acto sexual abusivo con menor de 14 a\u00f1os, ambas conductas agravadas. Los cargos no fueron aceptados. Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, el presunto agresor habr\u00eda agredido a la menor desde que ella ten\u00eda 11 a\u00f1os, actos que se prolongaron, al menos, hasta cuando cumpli\u00f3 los 13. Los hechos ocurrieron en el barrio Providencia y luego en el Poblado II de Pereira (Risaralda). El investigado habr\u00eda aprovechado su condici\u00f3n de fisicoculturista para doblegar a la menor y someterla a vej\u00e1menes sexuales.
