Mientras intentaba contestar una&nbsp;<strong>l<\/strong><strong>lamada telef\u00f3nic<\/strong><strong>a<\/strong>, perdi\u00f3 el control del veh\u00edculo y&nbsp;<strong>choc\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>contra<\/strong>&nbsp;el&nbsp;<strong>sardinel<\/strong>&nbsp;que separa la avenida del carril exclusivo para buses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este movimiento provoc\u00f3 un roce con un articulado que transitaba en sentido Dosquebradas &#8211; Pereira, lo que&nbsp;<strong>oblig\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>al<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>conductor<\/strong>&nbsp;de la camioneta a realizar una maniobra evasiva&nbsp;<strong>girando<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>abruptamente<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>hacia<\/strong>&nbsp;la&nbsp;<strong>derecha<\/strong>&nbsp;y termin\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>colisionando<\/strong>&nbsp;con&nbsp;<strong>otro<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>veh\u00edculo<\/strong>&nbsp;que se encontraba en la misma direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el lugar del&nbsp;<strong>accidente<\/strong>, las autoridades realizaron la prueba de embriaguez al conductor responsable, y al parecer arroj\u00f3 un&nbsp;<strong>resultado<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>positivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este hecho conlleva severas consecuencias legales, incluyendo la retenci\u00f3n de su&nbsp;<strong>licencia de conducci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;y una multa ejemplar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multa por primera vez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 0: $3 millones 900 mil y suspensi\u00f3n de un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 1: $7 millones 800 mil y suspensi\u00f3n de 3 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 2: $15 millones 600 mil y suspensi\u00f3n de 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 3: $31 millones 200 mil y suspensi\u00f3n de10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multa por segunda vez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 0: $5 millones 850 mil y suspensi\u00f3n de un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 1: $11 millones 700 mil y suspensi\u00f3n de 6 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 2: $23 millones 400 mil y suspensi\u00f3n de 10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 3: $46 millones 800 mil y cancelaci\u00f3n de licencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multa por tercera vez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 0: $7 millones 800 mil y suspensi\u00f3n de 3 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 1: $15 millones 600 mil y cancelaci\u00f3n de licencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 2: $31 millones 200 mil y cancelaci\u00f3n de licencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grado 3: $62 millones 400 mil y cancelaci\u00f3n de licencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tenga en cuenta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Negarse a la prueba de alcoholemia hace acreedor al conductor a la sanci\u00f3n m\u00e1s alta.
